Welcome to 3 Thoughts On.  Today my guest is Brad Mason.  Brad is the head coach and founder of The Give Team which is the only inner city obstacle course racing and endurance event team in the US based in the Parramore neighborhood of Orlando, Florida. The Give Team program develops goal achievement and leadership skills while creating life-changing experiences for teammates. Team alumni have graduated high school, college, and graduate school while continuing to give back to their community. The team motto is “No matter how little you have, you ALWAYS have something to give.”
